It is with pleasure that the IPPA announce that Donal Murphy FIPPA has achieved his Master QEP from the Federation of European Photographers in the discipline of Architectural Photography.Donal is now the 4th IPPA member to have been awarded this prestigious title and 2nd in the field of Architectural Photography.

Fr Frank Gavin (R.I.P)
It is with great sadness that we report the death of Hon Life member Fr Frank Gavin.Franks name was synonymous with Irish Professional Photography and in later life he found his vocation in the priesthood.
The IPPA would like to extend our deepest sympathy with Frank's family. May he rest in peace.
2 New QEP Members
The IPPA is delighted to announce that Tom Doherty FIPPA & Enda Cavanagh AIPPA have been awarded a QEP. Tom achieved his in Fine Art Photography & Enda in Fine Art Landscape Photography from The Federation of European Professional Photographers. The IPPA now have 21 members who hold this prestigious title.
IPPA Happy Faces / Canon Portrait Award
Congratulations to Margaret Moore who won the IPPA Canon Portrait Award, and to our 2 finalists Michael Donnelly and Ramona Farrelly, who were presented with their Canon camera prizes at the Award Ceremony held on May 8th at Fitzpatrick's Castle Hotel Dublin as part of The IPPA Happy Faces Charity event.
This year over 67 IPPA members raised €45,000 in much needed funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland bringing the total raised for CFAI to €100,000 during the two year term.
The IPPA would like to thank the valuable contribution of our members, mentors, Headline Sponsor Canon, Trade Member Sponsors and especially our Happy Faces Chairperson Dermot Byrne for the hard work and dedication.

IPPA Happy Faces is here again!
The IPPA organises "Happy Faces" in April of each year, and since it first launched in 2006 has raised €180,000 for its chosen charities.
